Minimum Order
Orders less than $100.00 will incur an $8.00 handling fee.
Payment
Submit payment by check with order.
Net 30 days with approved credit.
Overdue invoices are subject to a 1-1/2% per month interest charge.
No C.O.D. orders accepted.
Credit Card orders not accepted.
Shipping
Deco Products reserves the right to select its carrier.
All shipments are FEDEX Ground.
Prices are F.O.B. Lockport, IL
Up to 5% freight credit is applied to net invoice on orders $750+.
Allow 7-10 days shipping upon receipt of purchase order.
Deco Products reserves the right to make changes in all prices and
specifications and to discontinue models without notice.
Damage/Loss in Transit
Please inspect immediately for damaged or missing merchandise. Any
damage or loss that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the
carrier, and should be reported to and filed with the carrier as
soon as possible. Retain merchandise and packing material for
inspection. Deco Products will however, be happy to assist you
with your claim. All items are inspected and carefully packaged
prior to shipping. However, should error occur, it must be
reported to Deco Products within 5 days of receipt to be
considered for credit/exchange.
Returned Goods
All sales are final. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Any item invoiced more than
30 days is deemed non-returnable, regardless of the nature of the request.
Warranty
Deco Products Inc. warranties product to be free of defects in workmanship or material. When Deco has determined a product defective, it will be replaced. At Deco’s discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
